Yeah, the market is a mess around the country. Foreclosures left and Right. I'm around the Phoenix area and we have been in the pit for the last 3-4 years like much of the country. Hopefully our government will take some REAL action in the near future!

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post.
